His father ran a biryani House in East Bengal.
His grandfather was the legendary Abdhul Samad Choudhury, who made his name as a cook in the Bengal Lancers.
Hussain like his father and grandfather before him showed great entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for food.
In 1985, honouring his grandfather, a new Lancer rode into battle backwards.
